Yogurt and banana mask moisturizes the skin – Pass half a ripe banana with a fork and add two teaspoons of fat yogurt or sour cream with honey, one teaspoon each. Mix them well until smooth paste can be applied on the skin. Banana and yogurt with honey moisturizes deep tissues and have a nutritional effect which revitalizes skin better than any expensive cream.

Glycerin reduces inflammation – If your cheeks become red during the cold weather then prepare a soothing mask with two spoons of honey, one beaten egg white foam, two teaspoons of glycerin and two tablespoons of flour. Leave the mixture to act on your skin for 15 minutes then remove with warm water and finally, you can dab face with chamomile tea.

Try a mask prepared from a tablespoon of olive oil, few drops of lemon juice and two tablespoons of yogurt. In addition juice obtained by cold pressing leaves (found in drugstores) is infinitely better than any lotion or cream which is purely extracted from aloe vera.
