Super Diet With Apples

super-diet-with-applesIf you want to lose almost 2 pounds in 5 days then it is not so easier so you have to follow super apple diet for the quick change in weight loss! We present a full menu of five days. Do not forget about the regular sports and water consumption (6 glasses of water a day)!

DAY 1
Breakfast: 1 cup of green tea, 2 tablespoons of whole grains with yogurt.
Snack: 2 apples.
Lunch: 1 vegetables salad with 2 piece grilled chicken breast.
Snack: 1 Apple.
Dinner: 100 g whole rice with green beans, 2 tablespoons drawn pan with olive oil and 100 g trout.

DAY 2
Breakfast: 150 ml skim milk with 2 tablespoons of oatmeal.
Snack: 2 apples.
Lunch: Prepare 2 piece veal meat, 50 g baked pasta with tomatoes and basil.
Snack: 2 apples.
Dinner: 300 ml vegetable cream soup with a slice of black bread, 1 apple.

DAY 3
Breakfast: 1 hard boiled egg with a slice of bread, a slice of cheese salted beef, 3 chocolate biscuits and a cup of green tea or coffee.
Snack: 2 apples.
Lunch: 2 pieces chicken breast, 150 g beet salad with carrots, celery, parsnips, olive oil and apple cider vinegar.
Dinner: 5 pounds grilled turkey with sauteed vegetables and 1 slice rye bread, 1 apple.

Day 4
Breakfast: 1 cup of tea, 2 slices swelled cereals.
Snack: 2 green apples.
Lunch: 2 pieces of chicken baked with 250 g salad.
Dinner: 2 baked potatoes, 1 slice of cheese with dill, half cucumber and 1 apple.

Day 5
Breakfast: 1 cup of yogurt with whole grains.
Snack: 2 apples.
Lunch: 150 g cabbage with 2 small pieces of grilled beef, 1 slice of skim cheese and tomato salad with onion and parsley.
Dinner: a bowl of cabbage soup with onion and a slice of toasted bread with 1 apple.
