It ensures the quality, variety and balance of your diet. A balanced diet helps to maintain the optimum state of natural health and have enough energy to their work and duties. Our daily diet must supply us affliction of energy and nutrients, without leading to a surplus of excessive food components in accordance to the rules of a healthy and balanced diet plan; but not in a drastic or extreme way that harms your health. Keep in mind that every person has individual needs. Otherwise, the menu will look like that it was made for highly trained athletes or it was made for an elderly women with health problems.
